Our key resources for this role have no less that 20 yrs of IT experience and 30 yrs of business experience. We are more than qualified as we have managed small startups to large Fortune 500 staffs in IT management as well as Sales and Marketing roles.

Coaching and Mentoring Key Staff Members

We offer “mentoring and coaching” services for those employees that may have the right “talent” for the role but not as “deep” or those “years” of experience. We can help them transition to those larger roles with both staff, budget and vendor management. Depending on the role we lay out a set of goals so that the person can grow, learn and manage their staff independently when completed.

We offer these services mainly on a “retainer” basis for a set amount of time per month/week and set of activities that may be desired.

Getting the business problem “clearly” defined can be the key to success or failure. Bad requirements and understanding of the problem leads to be a mixed result or total failure of the project.

Similarly if the solution is not “clearly” defined to the implementation team in a way that they can understand and visualize, the project can also not meeting expectations with in timeline, budget or functionality for the system.

Our staff has created simple requirements and build specifications (10’s of pages) to very involved and detailed documents with 100’s of pages of workflows, descriptions, screen mock-ups and training plans for the users of the new system.
